| 【 要旨 】 | わが国における大腸癌死亡数の増加には大腸がん検診の検診受診率や精検受診率の低さが大きく関与している．また，2016年に日本消化器がん検診学会大腸がん検診精度管理委員会から，大腸がん検診の精密検査について「精密検査を全大腸内視鏡検査で行うことが困難な場合は，大腸CT検査あるいは，S状結腸内視鏡検査と注腸X線検査の併用法のいずれかを実施する」という趣旨への変更が妥当，との報告がなされた．そこで本稿では，大腸がん検診の精密検査としての地位を確保しつつある大腸CT検査を日本全国どこの医療機関で受けても同じような精度で診断できるように安全性・腸管前処置法・前投薬・送気方法・撮影法・読影法の6項目の標準化に向けての課題について言及した． | |

| [ Summary ] | The low rate of colon cancer screening and secondary screening in Japan is contributing to an increased colon cancer associated mortality rate. Computed tomographic (CT) colonography is a secondary screening method for colon cancer in Japan. This article deals with concerns regarding the standardization of six aspects of CT colonography (safety, bowel preparation, premedication, insufflation, scanning, and interpretation) to ensure that same results are obtained at all medical institutions throughout Japan. | |
