【 要旨 】 膵神経内分泌腫瘍（PNETs）の発生頻度は膵腫瘍の1～2％とややまれではあるが，通常型膵管癌以外の充実性腫瘍では比較的割合が高く，時々遭遇する腫瘍である．近年，PNETsの検出能は向上しており，その背景にはCT・MRIの進歩も寄与していると思われる．PNETsはG1からG3にかけて特徴が変化する傾向があり，WHO分類のGradeを推測することもある程度可能である．本稿ではGradeに沿った基本的なCT/MRI所見と他の腫瘍との鑑別診断に関して述べる．

[ Summary ] Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (PNETs) is rare, representing 1-2 % of all pancreatic solid tumors. However, among pancreatic solid tumors, PNETs constitutes a high proportion tumors, except for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. In recent years, the capability of PNETs detection has been improved, and the progress in CT and MRI techniques seem to contribute towards it. We review CT and MRI findings of PNETs according to WHO 2010 grading and differential diagnosis from other pancreatic tumors.
