[ Summary ] |
The treatment strategy is decided based on the staging guidelines in Japan. Therefore, precise diagnosis of depth of tumor and metastasis of locoregional lymph node or distant organs and assessment of response to neoadjuvant treatment are required. Upon diagnosis, familiarizing with the features of each modalities and then deciding on a comprehensive treatment strategy are needed. The accuracy of each modalitiey needs to be imporved. |
