| 【 要旨 】 | 門脈腫瘍塞栓合併肝細胞癌に対する集学的治療として，外科的肝切除と経動脈治療（TACEや肝動注化学療法）の組み合わせや，経動脈治療と全身化学療法の組み合わせ，あるいは放射線治療と経動脈治療の組み合わせ，放射線治療と全身化学療法の組み合わせなどが試みられてきた．しかし，前向き比較試験はまだまだ少ない領域である．それぞれの組み合わせにおける治療効果予測因子の検討や，標準治療であるソラフェニブの成績との比較は今後の課題である． | |
