The guidelines for ESD/EMR of gastric cancer were published in "Gastroeterological Endoscopy" in February 2014. The guidelines were approved by both the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society and the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association. Since the author took part in constructing the part of "preoperative diagnosis", the author will describe how to apply this guideline to clinical practice showing the actual examples. |
