【 要旨 】 CT，MRIの進歩により，黄疸や胆汁うっ滞が疑われる患者に対する胆道狭窄の存在診断は比較的容易となった．また，良悪性の鑑別診断や進展度診断にも威力を発揮している．悪性胆道狭窄に対するCT，MRIの撮像法，良悪性の鑑別診断，胆管癌の進展度診断，早期診断について述べる．

[ Summary ] Diagnosis of bile duct cancer with various imaging techniques is crucial for management, and a comprehensive approach is needed for accurate preoperative assessment. In the diagnosis of bile duct cancer with a noninvasive procedure, the information regarding tumor extent and resectability obtained with contrast-enhanced MRI combined with MRCP is comparable with that obtained with MDCT.
