[ Summary ] |
Amoxicillin is a penicillin-like antibiotic, which some patients are allergic to. Allergic patients may be treated with non penicillin medications and PPIs for eradication. Among them, PPI + sitafloxacin + metronidazole regimen is useful. Yogurt strains, such as like LG21 exhibit no evidence of providing eradication. Individual bacterial therapies should be used with full patient informed consent. |
