【 要旨 】 内視鏡的経鼻胆道ドレナージ（ENBD）の適応と手技的工夫について述べた．ENBDは外瘻法であり，一時的なドレナージである．胆管炎急性期や肝門部胆管癌の術前ドレナージはENBDの良い適応である．先端部形状と太さにより数多くのENBDチューブが市販されている．肝門部胆管癌は目的とする肝内胆管枝の分岐形態によりENBDを取捨選択する必要がある．

[ Summary ] We describe indications and techniques for endoscopic nasobiliary drainage (ENBD). ENBD is a temporary external drainage method. Either acute cholangitis or pre-operative drainage for hilar cholangiocarcinoma is a good indication for employment of ENBD. ENBD tubes are available in varying diameters and shapes. Proper selection of ENBD tubes for patients with hilar cholangiocarcinoma should be decided in consideration of anatomical structures.
