| 【 要旨 】 | 医療行為に対するリスクマネージメントが年々重要視されてきているため，安全で適切な内視鏡トレイニーの教育システムが必要となっている．一般市中病院におけるトレイニー教育の現状は，規模や人員の程度，指導医の要因によって施設ごとに異なっていると思われる．筆者らの施設である西神戸医療センターは11名の消化器内科医が在籍し，7名は卒後6年目までの若手（2012年3月現在）で構成されており人員，症例数から中規模の一般市中病院と思われる．一般市中病院におけるトレイニー指導の実情として当院で行っている内視鏡教育を概説し，初期臨床研修医を含めた若手指導の重要性とトレイニーの教育システムに関する今後の課題について述べる． | |

| [ Summary ] | Greater demands are being placed on risk management systems for medical practitioners. Therefore, we must establish safe and efficient endoscopy training systems for novices. At present, individual general hospitals have their own training systems. However, some training systems may not be safe. It is necessary to unify these systems to ensure safety. There are eleven endoscopists in the Nishi-Kobe Medical Center. Seven have less than 6 years of post graduate medical school experience. In this article, we describe our training system for the endoscopic trainees in our hospital. The importance of education for residents is also noted. |
