Subsequently, students returned to work at medical clinics, One physician was certificated as a fellow of the Japan Gastroenterological Endoscopy Society. Capable female physicians must be considered precious medical resources. Female physicians should be made aware of their responsibilities within the medical community, and to continue their medical careers.
