[ Summary ] |
Improvements in results of treatments for pancreatic carcinoma are expected with proper implementation of new methods to treat liver metastasis and local invasion (PL invasion). For pancreatic cancer with liver metastases, AR + IACRT (arterial redistribution+intra-arterial chemoradiotherapy) is effective for PL±/-, and chemotherapy with gemcitabine alone is effective for PL+ patients. |
