[ Summary ] |
Endoscopic gallbladder drainage (endoscopic naso-gallbladder drainage ; ENGBD) for acute cholecystitis has recently come to be used. Furthermore, gallbladder double contrast cholecystography, bile cytology and genetic diagnosis of gallbladder conditions are performed for effective early diagnosis of gallbladder cancer. On the other hand, because ENGBD techniques are more difficult than ERCP, ENGBD techniques are presented here. (1) The degree of cystic duct flow and its merging with contrast mediums must be understood. (2) The confluence portion of a cystic duct is identified by using the guide wire technique with angiography, making it possible for the helical structure to be passed effectively. (3) Damage to cystic ducts may be noted, and ENGBD may be conducted. In those cases, the existence of cystic duct cancer and gallbladder cancer mustbe considered. |
