【 要旨 】 厚生科学研究費補助金肝炎等克服緊急対策研究事業 (肝炎分野) 「B型及びC型肝炎ウイルスの感染者に対する治療の標準化に関する臨床的研究」の研究班では，C型慢性肝炎治療のガイドラインを作成している．ガイドラインは毎年改訂されているが，平成17年度のガイドラインでは，インターフェロン (IFN) 療法とインターフェロン以外の治療に分けて記載している．さらにALT値正常のC型慢性肝炎症例に対する抗ウイルス治療のガイドラインも提示している．

[ Summary ] The guidelines discussed were developed by a study group supported by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
