| 【 要旨 】 | 消化管アニサキス症は，Anisakis属に属する線虫の幼虫による感染症であり，それに感染した魚介類を生食することで引き起こされる．すべての消化管に病変を起こしうるが，罹患部位は胃が圧倒的に多い．胃アニサキス症は突然の激しい上腹部痛で発症することが多く，急性腹症の鑑別診断としても重要である．詳細な問診と，上部消化管内視鏡検査で診断と治療が同時に行える．一方，腸アニサキス症は閉塞症状をきたすこともあり，手術が必要となることもある． | |

| [ Summary ] | Anisakiasis, is caused by the larva of the nematode genus Anisakis, parasites of marine mammals. It occurs a few hours after consumption of raw or uncooked seafood. The larvae invade the gastrointestinal mucosa of humans, most often in the stomach. Symptoms are acute onset abdominal pain, nausea and extreme vomiting, much like acute appendicitis or other acute abdominal complaints. Therefore, we recommend inquiring into the episode in detail. Suspicious cases may need endoscopy, then we will be able to possibly diagnose as them gastric anisakiasis and possibly remove the worm at the same time. In addition, more severe case of Anisakiasis that occur in the ileum and require surgical intervention. |
