In recently years, various type of echoendoscopes and mini probes have been developed. The fields of endoscopical ultrasonography have expanded to include therapeutic procedures, not only for diagnostic studies. We should be well versed in the use of endosonographic instruments and make full use of the latest endosonographic technology in the fields of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. |
