| 【 要旨 】 | 胃潰瘍診療ガイドラインの作成は，まず，作成委員会の設置から始まった．13名の分担研究者と，2名の班友が集まった．次いで，胃潰瘍診療上の疑問点，問題点を明確にして，列挙するという作業を行った．それらについて，文献を一定のデータベースから一定の方式で検索した．検索された文献数は5,553件で，そこから無作為割付試験，臨床試験に相当する842件が収集された．文献の批判的吟味を行い，文献一覧表を作成した．文献を分類整理し，科学的根拠の強いエビデンスを採用した．採用された文献数は，308件であった． | |

| [ Summary ] | In making guidelines of treatment of gastric ulcers, a committee was organized. It consisted of a chief, thirteen members, and two contributing members. We discussed questions and problems with treatment. To find questions to be asked and problems to be solved, we chose the papers from databases, including MEDLINE. The number of the papers listed was 5,553, and the number selected was 842. We examined the papers and finally selected 308 papers with high evidence levels. | |
