| 【 要旨 】 | 胃潰瘍診療のガイドラインが作成されたことにより，診療の標準化ができ普遍性と妥当性をもち誰もが使いやすいものとなった．一部には，多様な病態を示す患者診療を画一的に決められては個々の患者に対応できないという批判がある．しかし，次第にガイドラインの理解が増し使用される頻度が高くなるであろう．今後，薬剤の費用対効果，副作用などの問題とともに，病態に関しても潰瘍のbio-psych-socialな面での研究なども必要である．また，標準化により診療が安易に流れたり治療者が患者について深く考えなくなるおそれがあり，医師として心すべきである． | |

| [ Summary ] | The publication of guidelines for treatment of stomach ulcer patients will encourage the wide spread acceptance of this standardized therapy. Although there are some negative comments on this standardization, the guideline was made based on reasonable evidence by strict evaluation and earnest discussion of medical doctors with special knowledge and wide experience. Therefore, it is thought that this guideline is the most valuable one at present and will be widely used. | |
