In relation to mastering the basics of laparoscopic surgery, we described the concepts for training systems in Japan as described in the announcement presented by The Japan Society of Endoscopic Surgery, as well as system used in the United States. Although, there are many preferable protocols and training institutions for laparoscopic surgery in the United States, there are few in Japan. From this point of view, we should develop more up to date protocols and special institutions for the development of the laparoscopic surgery in this country.
Next, we introduced some new devices for laparoscopic surgery because we should know the fundamentals of new devices for safer and more advanced laparoscopic surgery. |
