It has been reported that there are some kinds of undetermined autoimmune related liver diseases involving autoimmune cholangitis that was recently adovocated. Especially, in relation to primary biliary cirrhosis and autoimmune hepatitis, where diagnostic difficulties have been encountered. One of the reasons for this situation is the lack of definite clinical markers for each disease.
In this review, the concept of these undetermined morbid states was reviewed and recent advances related to this problem were also explained in brief. |
