| 【 要旨 】 | この数年のクリティカルパスの国内での普及は目覚ましい．しかし，普及の過程でいくつかの問題点も明らかになりつつある．このクリティカルパスの問題点を，根拠に基づく医療(EBM)との関係について消化器疾患を例にとりながら，次の三つのレベルにおいて論じた．(1) 根拠に基づいてクリティカルパスを作る，(2) 根拠に基づいてクリティカルパスを使う，(3) クリティカルパスで根拠を作る．また，「栄養パス」についての可能性についても言及した． | |
