【 要旨 】 肝腫瘍，とくに肝細胞癌とその境界病変を中心にその診断における動注CTの役割を概説した．今後の肝癌治療は経時的に全肝の状態を把握しながら進める必要がある．すなわち，何かでみえれば即治療といった姿勢ではなく，肝の将来を見据え，最適な時期に最適な治療を選ぶ姿勢で臨みたい．動注CTはこの目的のために最適な手段であり，積極的に活用すべき手法である．
