| 【 要旨 】 | 2000年11月に，本邦において，Helicobacter pylori陽性の胃潰瘍，十二指腸潰瘍症例におけるH.pylori除菌治療が，保険適用となった． それに先立って2000年6月に，日本ヘリコバクター学会より，「H.pylori感染の診断と治療のガイドライン」が発表された．ガイドラインでは，現時点でH.pylori除菌治療が勧められる疾患は，胃潰瘍および十二指腸潰瘍である．専門施設でのH.pylori除菌治療が勧められる疾患は，低悪性度胃MALTリンパ腫である． |

| [ Summary ] | Eradication therapy for Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers was approved in November, 2000 under the Japanese health insurance system. Before this approval, the Japanese guidelines for "Diagnosis and Treatment of H.pylori infection" were made by the guideline committee of the Japanese Society for Helicobacter Research and released in the Journal Supplement in July, 2000. Indications for H.pylori eradication therapy were classified into three groups: A) Recommended: gastric and duodenal ulcers, B) Recommended and managed at specialized institutions : low-grade gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, C) Current studies of the significance of this therapy following endoscopic mucosal resection of early gastric cancer and gastric surgery for gastric cancers, hyperplasic gastric polyps, atrophic gastritis, and nonulcer dyspepsia. |
