| 【 要旨 】 | 十二指腸憩室は高頻度にみられ，その多くが管外型であるが，合併症は少ない．そのなかで出血や穿孔は重篤な救急疾患となりうるが，しばしば診断が困難である．本症を鑑別診断に含めて検査を進めることが重要である． 合併症の治療には，内視鏡，腹腔鏡，interventional radiologyが用いられる機会が増加しているが，開腹手術を要することも少なくない．治療の際には，管外および管内にかかわらず，十二指腸，乳頭，胆道系，膵臓などの周辺臓器の損傷に注意することが必要である． |

| [ Summary ] | Although the incidence of duodenal diverticula is high, associated complication are rare. We described some of the complications. Hemorrhaging and perforations are emergency conditions which are difficult to diagnose. If treatment using endoscopy, laparoscopy or interventional radiology is not successful, operative procedures are performed. It is important to identify the pancreatic and common bile ducts prior to resection to avoid inadvertent injury. |
