| 【 要旨 】 | 消化管癌の皮膚病変(デルマドローム)は数十種類以上を数えるが，実地診療からは，(1)皮膚転移群，(2)腫瘍随伴性皮膚症候群，(3)発癌物質曝露による消化管癌と皮膚病変群ならびに，(4)消化管癌を合併する遺伝性皮膚病の4群に分けることができる． これらのデルマドロームの臨床的意義は皮膚病変から消化管癌の潜在を推察し，検査・診断ならびに治療方針を決断することにある．また消化管癌治療後に，いったん軽快していた皮膚病変が再燃したり，増悪してくる場合には消化管癌自体の再発を察知する手がかりともなる． |
