[ Summary ] |
Gallbladder adenoma and gallbladder in assosiation with congenital pancreatobiliary maljunction, or "gall stones" has been thought to be associated with precancerous lesions, because of high rates of complication related to gallbladder cancer. We investigated such lesions in relation to their proliferation activity (PCNA), immunohistochemical (p53 protein) and gene analysis (K-ras and p53). From these results, hyperplasia of the gallbladder in association with congenital pancreatobiliary maljunction may be seen to be the most significant precancerouslesion of the three. |
