| 【 要旨 】 | 潰瘍性大腸炎やクローン病をはじめとする非特異性炎症性腸疾患を出血という観点から,出血の特徴,出血例での臨床上の取り扱いについて注意点,診断,鑑別,治療などについて説明した.非特異性炎症性腸疾患における出血は特異な状況下の事態ではなく,これら疾患の本態が常に出血の準備状態にあるわけで,これらの疾患を取り扱う場合には出血を常に念頭に置く必要がある.したがって,出血に対するマネージメントも,潰瘍性大腸炎,クローン病のいずれも特別な治療というわけでなく,両疾患の基本的な治療を忠実に行うことである. | |

| [ Summary ] | From the aspect of bleeding, the clinical features and management of non-specific inflammatory disorders (i.e., ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease) are reviewed. The features and management strategie include diagnosis and therapy. Bleeding is a common symptom of non-specific inflammatory bowel diseases, because these disorders have an inherent tendency to bleed. The possibility of bleeding should be always considered in the treatment of these dieases. Therefore, there is no specific therapy for bleeding of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It is of paramount importance to apply the basic management principles of both diseases. | |
