| 【 要旨 】 | 糖尿病はじめ慢性腎臓病（CKD），慢性閉塞性肺疾患（COPD）に骨粗鬆症が高頻度で合併することが知られている．一度骨折するとADLが低下し，原疾患の病態も悪化することも知られている．続発性骨粗鬆症における骨粗鬆症の要因は骨量の低下より骨質の劣化が重要であると考えられている．合併症である骨粗鬆症対策がこれらの疾患における重要な課題とされており，リエゾンサービスと連携し早期にリスク評価を行うとともに骨折予防対策を立てることが重要である． | |

| [ Summary ] | Osteoporosis, which often occurs in patients with type II diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, contributes to the deterioration of these diseases. It is difficult to predict the risk of bone fractures in patients with these diseases only by measuring the bone mineral density because secondary osteoporosis is related to the decline in bone quality more than primary osteoporosis. For physicians, it is very important to reduce the risk of bone fractures in these patients by cooperating with the Osteoporosis Liaison Service. | |
