【 要旨 】 脳卒中後のリハビリテーションにおいて，透析患者に関してもその基本的な内容に変わりはない．しかし，透析患者ならではの注意点，たとえば，透析前後の血圧管理，疲労の程度，訓練時間の調整，シャント保護などには十分注意する必要がある．また，脳卒中リハビリテーションと透析管理がともにできる施設は限られているため転院調整に難渋することがあり，在宅療養する際にも透析施設への通院手段に関して脳卒中後遺症に伴う移動能力低下を踏まえた調整が必要である．

[ Summary ] The basis of stroke rehabilitation for dialysis patients is the same as that of other patients. However, attention should be given to noteworthy points of dialysis patients, such as blood pressure management before and after dialysis, fatigue, adjustment of training time, and shunt protection. There are few hospitals that can deliver both stroke rehabilitation and dialysis management, therefore, it can be difficult to adjust to the hospital transfer. When a dialysis patient is discharged, it is necessary to consider visiting a dialysis clinic routinely.
