| 【 要旨 】 | 透析患者の疼痛，瘙痒は客観的評価が難しく，治療による満足度が大きくないためポリファーマシーの要因となりやすい．各症状に対する処方が過剰となると有害事象が起こるだけでなく，疼痛と瘙痒それぞれに対応した処方の相互作用で有害事象となる可能性も考慮しなければならない．対策としては，①CKD-MBD，透析条件など疼痛，瘙痒の原因となりうる疾患の治療を積極的に行う，②疼痛，瘙痒の症状に関する治療介入では複数の治療を同時に行わず，一つひとつの治療効果を判断のうえ，継続，変更，追加，使用量の調節など検討する，ことが挙げられる． | |

It can be difficult to evaluate symptom severity, and patient satisfaction is not the only factor to be considered. To avoid polypharmacy, physicians should treat the underlying cause of pain and itching, such as CKD-MBD or dialysis adequacy, and should use medicine for the treatment of symptoms carefully. | |
