【 要旨 】 心血管合併症を有する透析患者は，増加の一途をたどっている．また，心血管合併症は透析患者の死因の50％を占めており，そのなかでも心室性不整脈は突然死の大きな要因とされており，私たち透析に従事する看護師は，体外循環を開始し終了するまでの間，患者の異常の早期発見に努め，安全に透析治療を提供する使命がある．そのためには，体外循環の技術とともに，心電図を読み取る知識と力をもつべきであると考える．日頃遭遇する不整脈を予防するためにするべきことについて述べたい．

[ Summary ] Nurses today have a broad range of responsibility as health care providers. Patients with end-stage renal disease who are on long-term dialysis support have very high mortality rates. Nearly half of the deaths of those receiving dialysis are secondary to myocardial infarction, cardiac arrest, malignant arrhythmias, or other cardiac causes. The purpose of the present review is to show the importance of precise evaluation of electrocardiograms during hemodialysis sessions. It should also be noted that self care to prevent arrhythmia is important for dialysis patients.
