| 【 要旨 】 | 体外循環である血液透析が始まると，循環動態に影響を及ぼし，血圧の変動，不整脈の出現，胸痛などの症状が出現しやすくなる．危険を回避するためにマンパワーを注ぐのは周知のことであるが，透析看護師として慢性的な症状に苦しむ患者を見逃してはいけない．かゆみ，下肢のイライラ，疼痛などの慢性的な症状は外観では発見しにくい．患者をよく観ること，患者の話をよく聴くことで症状を理解する．患者にとって長く辛い透析時間を有効に使い，症状緩和のセルフケアを患者自身が身につけられるように関わることも，われわれ透析看護師に課せられた重要な役割である． | |

| [ Summary ] | When hemodialysis, employing extracorporeal circulation is initiated, it influences circulatory dynamics. It is common for symptoms such as fluctuations in blood pressure, erratic pulse, or heart pain to occur. Dialysis nursing techniques must be mastered to provide optimum care for patients who suffer from chronic symptoms. Health care providers must understand information about symptoms provided by patients. The length of dialysis time and discomfort endured by patients may be minimized through clear communication with patients. It is important that good relations with patients, developed and maintained by dialysis nurses to help provide patient care and to ease symptoms. |
