| 【 要旨 】 | 地震災害に対してきわめて脆弱な透析医療に従事するわれわれは，阪神・淡路大震災以降，さまざまな災害対策を学んだ． 当時，もっとも利用度の高い電話が繋がりにくく，十分な情報伝達ができなかった．このことから大震災の教訓として，施設 -- 患者間の連絡手段と被災側 -- 支援側のネットワーク構築の重要性が示された． 阪神・淡路大震災から10年後，兵庫県内にも大きな被害を与えた台風23号では，兵庫県透析医会が整備した情報ネットワークにより，各地域の担当者がメーリングリストを用いて情報を届けた．その結果，早期に各地域の被害状況が把握でき，それらに対応する準備ができた． 今後もわれわれは，経験を生かした災害文化作りに努め，災害に備えなければならない． |

| [ Summary ] | Dialysis services are extremely vulnerable during earthquake disasters. We, who are involved in dialysis treatment, have learned many disaster countermeasures since the Great Hanshin-Awaji earthquake. At that time, sufficient information transmission was not possible because the most frequently used communication system, the telephone, was cut off. The lessons learned here were that creating communication means connecting patients and treatment facilities and that building a communication network between the victims and providers of support was extremely important. Ten years after the Great Hanshin-Awaji earthquake, Hyogo Prefecture was hit by typhoon No.23 which caused a great deal of damage. The information network prepared by the Association of Dialysis Doctors in Hyogo Prefecture enabled those in charge at the local level to provide information to those on the mailing list. As a result, the extent of damage was easily grasped and appropriate response could be delivered. We must be prepared for future disasters through efforts to create a disaster prevention culture, based on previous experience. |
