| 【 要旨 】 | ウイルス感染症の中で一般的なインフルエンザウイルス感染症，ヘルペスウイルス感染症およびサイトメガ口ウイルス感染症について，その臨床症状，診断法および透析患者における治療法について概説した． インフルエンザウイルス感染症のおもな合併症は肺炎であり，とくに高齢者や透析患者においては重症化しやすい．抗インフルエンザウイルス薬を早期に使用することにより，症状の軽症化が期待できる．帯状疱疹は再活性化により神経支配に沿って発症する．アシクロビルが第一選択薬である． サイトメガ口ウイルス感染症は肺，肝臓，消化管，網膜，脳など多くの臓器障害を引き起こす．antigenemia法によって抗原の証明がなされるようになった．透析患者においてはアシクロビルやガンシクロビルは半減期が延長するので，減量により神経障害の副作用を避ける． |

| [ Summary ] | The authors reviewed the synptoms, diagnosis and treatment of common viral infections, such as the influenza virus, the herpes virus and the cytomegalo virus, in hemodialysis patients. The major complication with influenza is pneumonia, which may be severe in elderly people and hemodialysis patients. Early therapy, with antiinfluenza drugs is effective in preventing the development of symptoms. Acyclovir is first choice for herpes virus infections. Cytomegalovirus infection injures many organs, including the lungs, liver, gastrointestinal tract, retina or brain. Gancyclovir, is the first choice drug for the cytomegalovirus infections. Antigenemia methods are useful for attestation of antigen of cytomegalovirus. In hemodialysis patients the half life of acyclovir and gancyclovir is prolonged, therfore dosage reduction could possibly prevent nervous toxicity. | |
