【 要旨 】 「膵・消化管神経内分泌腫瘍（NET）診療ガイドライン」において，直腸NETの診断と治療指針が示された．直腸NETに対する内視鏡治療の適応は「大きさが1cm以下でMP浸潤がなく，リンパ節転移を認めないもの」とされ，切除標本の病理判定で「MP浸潤・脈管侵襲がなく，切除断端が陰性」であれば経過観察とされている．直腸NETに対する内視鏡治療後のサーベイランスにおいては，初回治療時のリスク因子を正確に評価することが重要である．

[ Summary ] The guidelines for treatment of gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) also state recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of rectal NETs. Endoscopic treatment of rectal NETs is indicated for "NETs ≤ 1 cm in size with no muscularis propria invasion or lymph node metastasis". If pathological assessment of the resected specimen is "no muscularis propria invasion, no lymphovascular invasion, resection margin-negative", follow-up is conducted. In post-endoscopic treatment surveillance for rectal NETs, it is important to accurately assess risk factors during initial treatment.
