【 要旨 】 近年，バルーン小腸内視鏡の普及により，クローン病の腸管狭窄に対しての内視鏡的バルーン拡張術は，大腸狭窄のみならず小腸狭窄に対しても施行されるようになった．また，その治療成績に関しても良好な累積手術回避率が報告されている．しかし，穿孔などの合併症もあり，その施行に際しては十分な術前検査と，治療戦略が必要と思われる．本稿では，自施設でのクローン病の小腸狭窄に対する治療戦略と手法に関して概説する．

[ Summary ] Recently, with the increasing use of balloon enteroscopy, endoscopic balloon dilations are becoming the choice of treatment for intestinal stricture due to Crohn's disease (CD). They are now utilized in the treatment of strictures localized in the large intestine, as well as in the small intestine. Moreover, treatment outcomes have been reported as favorable in terms of delaying or avoiding surgery interventions. However, due to post-surgery complications such as perforation, comprehensive preoperative examination and a clear treatment strategy are considered essential when performing this procedure. This manuscript reviews the treatment strategy and methods used in our institution to treat strictures of the small intestine caused by CD.
