【 要旨 】 腸管ベーチェット病の病変は，定型的には回盲部に深い円形または類円形の境界明瞭な打ち抜き様潰瘍を認める．このような定型的病変のほかに，炎症性腸疾患類似の広範な腸病変を呈する非定型的病変も少なくない．本稿では，腸管ベーチェット病の非定型例につき，症例の画像を提示しながら解説する．

[ Summary ] Typical lesions of intestinal Behçet's disease are circular ulcers in the ileocecal region. In addition to these lesions, atypical lesions similar to ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease also are observed. We exhibit two cases having these atypical lesions, due to intestinal Behçet's disease.
