| 【 要旨 】 | アメーバ性大腸炎も糞線虫症も日和見感染症であり，本邦では突然遭遇する機会のある疾患である．両疾患は回盲部，とくに盲腸に特徴的な内視鏡所見を呈することが多い．アメーバ性大腸炎は血性粘液の付着したアフタ様びらんであり，糞線虫症は微小な淡黄白色隆起である．すなわち，大腸内視鏡検査による注意深い観察がもっとも重要な早期診断のポイントである． | |

| [ Summary ] | Both amebic colitis and strongyloidiasis are opportunistic infections and are diseases which may be experienced casually in Japan. Both diseases often present with endoscopic views which are characteristic of complications in the ileocecum, particularly the cecum. Amebic colitis exhibits aphthoid erosion with bloody mucus. Strongyloidiasis exhibits tiny yellowish-white nodules. Therefore, for early diagnosis careful observation through colonoscopic examination should be given priority. |
