【 要旨 】 潰瘍性大腸炎の治療において副腎皮質ステロイドは適切に使用すれば有用な治療であるが，誤った使用法による副作用の発現やステロイド抵抗例・依存例を誘発し治療に難渋する症例も多いのが現状である．
