【 要旨 】 クローン病の手術を必要とする腸管病変に対しては，病変の部位（小腸，結腸，直腸），形態（狭窄，瘻孔），腸管の状態（炎症の程度，浮腫など）によって適正な手術術式を選択し，実際の方法（器械吻合，手縫い吻合など）を決定する必要がある．手術は「腸管合併症の原因となった病変腸管の処置を腸管温存を考慮して行う」ことが基本原則であり，小範囲切除と狭窄形成術を組み合わせて行う．吻合する腸管の状況に合わせて吻合を行うことが重要である．

[ Summary ] It is important for Crohn's disease patients with intestinal disorders to be treated with optimal surgical procedures including hand sewn, or stapled anastomosis. Resection alone or in combination with stirictureplasty is the standard surgical procedure for preservation of the intestines.
