【 要旨 】 近年，大腸腫瘍性病変に対する治療としてESDを行う機会が増加している．しかし，依然として大腸腫瘍性病変の内視鏡下治療方法において，EMRは重要な役割を担っている．EMRについて学ぶ際に重要視している点は，処置具や使用機器の使用方法およびその特性を，なかでもスネアの特性を理解することである．そのうえでEMRの手技の基本を身に付け，重大な偶発症が生じないよう細心の注意を払い，経験を積み重ねることでEMRの技術が向上すると思われる．

[ Summary ] Recently, ESD has come to be widely performed for treatment of colorectal neoplasias. However, EMR is the main method used for endoscopic resection of colorectal neoplasias. We should understand these devices including high frequency apparatus and especially snares, when learning about EMR. With that in mind, we may acquire basic EMR skills including solution injection, snaring and cutting. As a result, EMR techniques will be improved.
