| 【 要旨 】 | 透析患者の骨折リスクは一般と比較して極度に大きく，ADL，QOLそして生命予後に影響する．そのため透析患者の骨折リスクを適切に評価して，治療することが重要である．透析患者の骨折にはCKD-MBD, 骨粗鬆症，透析アミロイドーシスなど骨に直接影響する要因がある．そのなかで骨密度検査はデータが多くないものの，骨折との関連が示されている．その測定部位，頻度については一定の推奨はないが，今後の知見の蓄積により標準化されることが期待される． | |
