【 要旨 】 脂肪肝のスクリーニング検査には，腹部超音波検査Bモードが推奨されており，高輝度肝，肝腎コントラスト陽性，深部エコーの減衰，脈管の不明瞭化が肝の脂肪化を反映する所見である．ただし，Bモード画像検査における脂肪肝診断では肝臓内脂肪化が30％以上でないと良好な感度・特異度が得られないこと，また術者依存性で客観的定量性には乏しいことに留意する必要がある．このようななかで，半定量的評価を行うための脂肪肝診断のスコアリングシステムも提唱されている．
