[ Summary ] |
Over a nineteen year period, 120 cases of chronic pancreatitis with pseudocysts were treated in our hospital. 92 cases were successfully treated by transpapillary method. When ERP reveals a connection between lesions and pancreatic ducts, ENPD and EPS are the best procedures to use because this method can be used to repair the broken duct and restore normal pancreatic juice flow. |
