【 要旨 】 赤外観察下でのSNNS (センチネルリンパ節ナビゲーション手術) は従来の色素法に比べて明瞭にセンチネルリンパ節 (SN) の同定ができた．とくに腹腔鏡下では他の方法に比べて有用かつ実用的である．今後，endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) と腹腔鏡手術のコラボレーションに際しての有用性が期待される．

[ Summary ] Compared to the conventional dye method, SNNS with infrared ray observation allows easy, much improved identification of SN. With this technique, the usefulness of combining ESD techniques and laparoscopic surgery is expected.
