| 【 要旨 】 | 透析治療を施行するに当たり，透析液清浄化は欠かすことができない．清浄化透析液を恒常的に供給するためには，透析液製造工程を理解し，日常管理を通じて恒常的に清浄化透析液を製造できるよう努めなければならない． 生物学的汚染基準を達成するためには，水処理装置の管理とETRF（エンドトキシン捕捉フィルタ）の設置・管理が重要であり，適切な洗浄消毒にて透析液供給ライン管理を行う必要がある．また，透析液水質基準を正しく理解し，適切な方法にて清浄度を評価することが重要である． |

Moreover, the dialysis fluid quality standard must be understood correctly, and it is important to evaluate cleanliness using an appropriate method. |
