| 【 要旨 】 | オンラインHDFを施行するに当たり，透析液清浄化は欠かすことができない．清浄化透析液を恒常的に供給するためには，適正な清浄化透析液供給システムを構築する必要があり，水処理装置，透析液製造・供給システムなどの透析液供給システムを理解し，日常管理を通じて恒常的に清浄化透析液を製造できるよう努めなければならない． 透析液の清浄化対策にはETRF（エンドトキシン捕捉フィルタ）の設置・管理と洗浄消毒が重要であり，ETRFにより恒常的な清浄化エリアを確保し，適切な洗浄消毒にて透析液供給ライン管理を行う必要がある． |

| [ Summary ] | It is crucial to purify dialysis fluids when performing on-line hemodiafiltration (HDF) treatment. In order to constantly supply purified dialysis fluids, it is necessary to construct an appropriate purified dialysis fluid supply system. We need to understand the mechanism of equipment used for dialysis fluid supply systems such as water treatment equipment and dialysis fluid production/supply systems, and strive for them to constantly produce purified dialysis fluids through daily management. In order to purify dialysis fluids, the appropriate management of endotoxin retentive filters and dialysis fluid supply lines is important and requires appropriate daily disinfection. |
