| 【 要旨 】 | 私ども透析医は透析医療における一層の質的向上を目指し，第三者からも適正だと評価される透析施設基準を構築する必要がある． 日本透析医会はこの目的を達成するために，「透析施設 (室) の医療機関自己評価全国アンケート」を2003年に施行した．本稿ではこのアンケート結果を分析し，全国各透析施設 (室) が現時点で抱える諸問題を明確化せんとした． |

| [ Summary ] | As dialysis physicians, we must search for further quality improvements for dialysis therapy and must establish criteria for dialysis facilities by which they can be also be evaluated by third parties. The Japanese Association for Dialysis Physicians performed a nation-wide self-evaluation survey of dialysis facilities in 2003. In this paper, the results obtained from that survey will be analyzed and various problems the facilities face at present will be noted. |
