| 【 要旨 】 | 病院の環境そのものが易感染患者を除いて疾病の伝播に関与することはまれである．しかし，環境中の病原体あるいは空気感染する病原体に曝露することにより，患者に悪影響を招いたり，医療従事者に対する感染を引き起こしたりする可能性もある．適切な標準予防策 (スタンダードプリコーション) に基づく感染防止および施設管理により，感染を効果的に防止することが可能である．また，洗浄剤や消毒薬の効果的な使用，医療機器の適切な管理，血液透析に対する水質基準や特殊看護における換気基準の遵守などの対策で，透析に関連した感染を最小限にすることができる． 今回は，病院内での透析に関連した感染を予防するために，これまでのガイドラインをレビューして勧告としたい． |

| [ Summary ] | The hospital environment is rarely implicated in disease transmission, except in case immunocompromised patients. Nevertheless, inadvertent exposures to environmental pathogens or airborne pathogens can result in adverse patient outcomes and cause illness among health-care workers. Proper "standard precautions" strategies and engineering controls can effectively prevent these infections. The incidence of hemodialysis-associated infections can be minimized by appropriate use of cleaners and disinfectants, appropriate maintenance of medical equipment, adherence to water-quality standards for hemodialysis, and to ventilation standards for specialized care environments. This report reviews previous guidelines for preventing hemodialysis-associated infections in hospitals and recommendations. |
